Bo Seventy operates as a curated concierge platform connecting travelers with handpicked accommodation and vehicle rental options in Chania, Crete. We act as an intermediary between guests and property/vehicle owners.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in euros (€) and may vary by season. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and deposit requirements are communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by listing. Generally, free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in for stays and 24 hours before pickup for vehicles. Late cancellations may incur charges as specified in your booking confirmation.

4. Liability

Bo Seventy facilitates connections between guests and service providers. While we curate all listings for quality, we are not directly liable for the condition of properties or vehicles. All rentals are covered by the respective provider's insurance and terms.

5. Vehicle Rentals

Renters must hold a valid driving license and be at least 21 years old. A security deposit is required at pickup. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition, with the agreed fuel level, at the designated return time.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chania, Crete.
